Chris Philipson

Real Estate Agent

Christine was born and raised in St. Catharines, Ontario. At age 15, she joined a Military Band, and learned about how teams versus an individual can change the world.

Transferring from the Reserve Musician to Regular Forces, she changed from hobby musician to Electronics Technician on the CF-18, Canada’s Fighter jet. Totally enjoying the fast-paced environment of the flight line and fault finding.
From there to an office, teaching Electronics, and onto computers. Early 90’s teaching DOS, Windows, Networking with many different Operating Systems.
While doing all this, community volunteering was still there in many different organizations.
After almost 25 years, Chris retired from the Royal Canadian Air Force to focus on her kids and their schooling.
When her 2 children left the nest, it was time to find somewhere warmer.
After researching many countries to escape the cold of Canada, I found Lake Chapala and all its many activities, the Theatre, music and never looked back.

I love animals (currently have 5 dogs), I love snorkeling, the sea and the beach, and I love to help others. After going through many issues during the move here to Mexico, I wish to ensure that my clients have an amazingly smooth transition into their new home.

Debating which Real Estate agency was not easy, as there are many, but needing a team concept, I have happily joined the professionals at Chapala Realtors. With me out of the box thinking. As well as excelling in many courses and working to ensure always that the Quality and Excellence in Customer Service is the first priority. I look forward to the fun and challenge of finding the right home for you, or selling your home.

Chris is a Co-Founder and proud member of the ANAVETS Mexico Unit#19 (Army, Navy, Air Force Veterans). “As a Veteran, I feel it’s very important to look after my Military family and the community.”
