Rebeca Facundo

Rebeca Facundo is proud to be a part of Chapala Realtors, a trusted company in the real estate industry. As a closing executive since 2018, Rebeca states, “It allows me to provide a very personalized and dedicated service to my clients.”

Rebeca believes that success comes from joy and it is a pleasure to listen to her buyers and sellers to understand what they truly want and need in order to guide them with experience and help them achieve their goals. She adds, “The Ribera is my home as well, I love helping people feel comfortable and welcome. Many clients become my friends.”

Rebeca was struck by the beauty of the lake when she first saw it. “There is no other place or climate like this in Mexico,” she says. She recognized the opportunity that the Ribera offered. Originally from Guadalajara, Rebeca obtained her first career as a nurse from Lamar University, and a second degree in fashion design from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara. She is now a full-time professional in real estate.
